Independent marketing practice
make it make sense.
Freelance strategy, copy, content and creative support for brands, agencies and teams that need clarity, momentum and a point of view.
01 / What I do
01
Brand strategy, audience thinking, campaign concepts and integrated plans built around what people actually need to hear.
02
Websites, social, email, digital ads, scripts, brand voice and content that sounds like a person wrote it for another person.
03
Concept development, influencer sourcing and booking, creator coordination, video, production support and polished creative that helps the idea survive contact with the real world.
04
Practical AI-enabled workflows that make research, drafting, iteration and production faster without turning the work into AI slop.
02 / Experience
I like category-hopping. Across agency, in-house and freelance roles, the questions change. The job stays surprisingly consistent: understand people, find the story and make the message useful.
Selected portfolio work across social, writing, campaigns and brand content.
Companies & organizations
A selection of companies, organizations and teams I’ve supported or collaborated with across agency, in-house and freelance roles.

03 / Brian’s story
bkba.ltd is an independent marketing practice, but the name is personal.
Brooklyn is part family history, part unfinished business and the place I want to build my next chapter. Bobby and Abbey were my two best friends. Losing them four months apart changed how willing I am to keep the life I want filed under “eventually.”
That same instinct shapes the work: find what matters, cut through the noise and make it make sense.
The philosophy
I’m at my best when there’s something to figure out: a strategy that needs shape, copy that isn’t landing, a campaign still waiting on the idea or a process with approximately seventeen more steps than it needs.
I can jump in, learn fast, ask the right questions and help turn it into something clearer, sharper and more useful. Sometimes that means being the extra brain for a week. Sometimes it means owning the work from first thought to final line.
